Have you seen our brand new 2013 TV ad yet? We’re getting set for another big year after our giant 2012 celebrations. 2013 is jam packed with one off events & big celebrations including the Turner Prize, World Police & Fire Games, Radio 1′s Big Weekend & we’ve got a few more surprises along the way!


And if you’re wondering where some of the gorgeous locations are in the ad…don’t worry we’ve got it covered. Here’s the full list of places & spaces that feature in our 2013 ad.

Giant’s Causeway Visitor Centre

A visit to the Giant’s Causeway in 2013 is a must. Visitor’s can explore the stunning new Visitor Centre before taking those giant’s steps on the world famous stones! The new visitor centre which fits seamlessly into the surrounding landscape is filled ancient history & lots of interactive information on the area’s abundant myths, rich history and unique geology.


Lough Erne Golf Resort

One of our best loved luxury resorts. A trip to the Lough Erne Resort will include complete indulgence. Enjoy the magical surrounding scenery, take to the greens of the Faldo Course or relax and unwind in the Thai Spa, finish off your break in the award wining Noel McMeel restaurant.


Titanic Belfast

Fast becoming one of our top attractions in Northern Ireland – Titanic Belfast celebrates one of of our most well known creations. The Titanic Experience takes visitors on a journey through no fewer than 9 galleries from the late 19th century, right up to the present day. Visit late 1800’s Belfast, meet the men who worked on Titanic and experience what life on board was truly like from the joy of boarding to the devastation at saying goodbye to loved ones. The visitor experience will take you to the depths of the Atlantic Ocean – the final resting place for what was in 1912 – the largest moving object ever created by man.



Cushendun stands on an elevated beach at the outflow of the Glendun and Glencorp valleys. Located along the Antrim coast – this picturesque village is a favourite stop off along the Causeway  Coastal Driving Route. Enjoy an afternoon walk along the beautiful long sweeping beach from the harbour at one end to the boat slip close to Cara Castle.


The majestic Mournes

From the slopes of Slieve Donard, Northern Ireland’s highest mountain, the glorious Mourne Mountains are a giant’s carpet that really does ‘sweep down to the sea’. Make the most of the amazing mountain views by taking a hike in the Mournes. For climbers, there are routes ranging from introductory to challenging – all with views that are a perfect excuse for taking a breather.


Belfast Music

Northern Ireland has always had a strong connection with music – and the Belfast music scene is buzzing at the minute. One of our many highlights this year will be the Belsonic concerts in Custom House Square this summer and the jam packed Belfast Music Week later in the year.


The walled City

This year is a very special year for the Walled City – 2013 marks 400 years of the city walls and a special year of celebrations as the UK City of Culture. Take a trip to the Walls city this year – explore the history of the city & walk along the historic walls. Or head to one of the world class events taking place this year – highlights include the Return of Colmcille, Fleadh Cheoil, Primal Scream, Radio 1′s Big Weekend & the Turner Prize.


Peace Bridge

The Peace Bridge opened back in 2011 and is now a central feature of the city’s skyline. along the banks of the Foyle & cross the recently opened Peace Bridge which leads to the City’s newest open space Ebrington Square – which is a key venue for many of the UK City of Culture events.
